The city of udaipur owes its name to its founder Maharana Udai Singh. Udaipur can rightly be called as The Romantic City Of Lakes. Rang Niwas Palace, the lovely heritage hotel is owned by the royal family of Udaipur, the has a unusual mix of modern, comfort in tranquil surroundings. Located in the heart of city, near famous places of tourist interest like Lake Palace, City Palace, Pichola Lake, Jagdish Temple, Dudh Talai, Sunset Point and Musical Fountain. It is near Gulab Bagh (Rose Garden), 2 Km from Railway Station, 1.5 Km from Bus Stand and 20 KM drive from airport.
In 1955 Maharana Bhagwat Singh gifted the royal Palace to his youngest brother Maharaj Arjun Singh who used it as a private residence. In 1975 he converted Rangniwas into a Palace Hotel. Accommodation:
